Strength & Sweat
M-F 6am, 7am, 8am, 4:30pm, and 5:30pm
Sat @ 9am
Join us for our signature class, which includes 60 minutes of stretching, strength training, core work, and a short 7-15 minute cardio workout. If you want to feel strong and work every muscle in your body within a 60-minute timeframe, this is the place for you.
Designed for all skill levels, ages, and sizes.
Boobs & Barbells
Tuesday @ 6:30pm & Saturday @ 8am
Our signature Boobs and Barbells class is designed to focus on Olympic weightlifting techniques. You can expect to learn how to Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and perfect your form with numerous progressions and accessory lifts in 60-minutes.
Power Hour
Thursday's @ 6:30pm / Sunday's @ 8:45am and 10am
Looking for a class that focuses on the "Big Three"? This is it! Join us for an hour of Squats, Bench Press, and Deadlift.
Brand new? This is a great place to start. Our coaches will break down the fundamentals of powerlifting and help you reach new strengths!
Sculpt & Stretch
Wednesday @ 5:30pm
This class is a community favorite, aimed at enhancing strength and stability in smaller muscle groups. The 60-minute session allows you to work at your own pace using free weights, followed by a 20-minute guided stretch to improve mobility.

Not sure where to start? No worries! We have members walking through our doors for the first time ever in any gym, some with 15 years of lifting experience, and others who have never touched a barbell before. Every single one of our classes is designed for all skill levels, and you can expect to receive 1:1 attention from our coaches in any class you choose. The best way to begin is to show up.
