Since 2014, Kali Strength has created a dedicated space for women to feel safe, supported, and challenged to see real results. Our coaching staff specializes in coaching female athletes training for powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, hiking, biking, marathons, and everything in between.

Strength & Sweat
60-Minutes of barbell strength training, cardio, core, and mobility.
Power Hour
60-90 Minutes of powerlifting skills in the back squat, bench press, and deadlift.
Boobs &
Barbells
60-Minutes of Olympic Weightlifting skill work for the Clean & Jerk and Snatch.
Mobility
60-Minutes of stretching with lacrosse balls, foam rollers, and yoga positions. Designed for Lifters.
